These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Omnichannel, a private marketing-analytics dashboard operated by BMI Studios and hosted at https://app.internal-hub.com (the “Service”). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Authorized use only

The Service is a private, invitation-only tool provided for a specific client engagement. Access is limited to users expressly authorized by BMI Studios. You may use the Service only for its intended business purpose and only while your authorization remains in effect. You must not share your credentials, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or permit anyone else to use your access.

2. Google and third-party accounts

When you connect a Google account or another data source, you represent that you are authorized to grant the Service read-only access to that account’s data. The Service’s handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your use of any connected platform also remains subject to that platform’s own terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Data & intellectual property

Reporting generated by the Service, together with the software, dashboards, and design of the Service, is the property of BMI Studios and its client, as applicable. Data drawn from your connected accounts remains subject to your and the relevant platform’s rights; the Service accesses it only to provide the reporting described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may revoke access, at any time and without notice, including to protect the security or integrity of the Service.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service and all reporting are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMI Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the reporting, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
